- Report language: Because impacted materials exceed 10 sq ft, NYS regulations require a licensed mold remediator and licensed mold assessor clearance.
- Email anchor (Feb 20, 2020): "Appointment… Thu 2/27 12–2… Mold Report: Will be given… as soon as we get it" (landlord), and tenant reply: "How are you moving ahead with a third company without a mold report from the second company?".
