ORANGE GUARDRAIL — PROFESSIONAL MALPRACTICE ONLY (SEPARATE CLAIMS, COORDINATED RECOVERY)¶
Orange Vol 12 is a professional malpractice volume. It assembles:
- Legal frameworks for four malpractice claims (Sandercock, Atlas, Petrucci, Kozek)
- Evidence development protocols and discovery roadmaps
- Strategic coordination for separate proceedings
Orange Vol 12 does NOT do:
- Main case damages math (Blue/Red only)
- Settlement strategy or leverage tactics (Purple only)
