White Tab 106A — SERVPRO Field Incident Video: Bathroom Sink Supply/Shutoff Failure (G21)

GUARDRAIL: WHITE — FACT REPOSITORY ONLY

Facts & source pinpoints only. No strategy, no argument, no legal opinions. All quotations are "as reported" unless exact text appears in a cited source.

A) Purpose (facts-only)

Authenticate and index tenant-captured original iPhone media documenting a SERVPRO field incident (bathroom sink supply/shutoff failure) at G21 (226 Franklin St., entrance 97 Green St.) on 2023-07-13. The assets include 1 video and 12 still photographs imported directly from the iPhone device; these are to be preserved, hashed, Bates-stamped, and cross-referenced to the July-2023 communications packet (WT-111).

Scope Note: This tab documents the valve break incident only (SERVPRO field incident documented on video and stills). Rainstorm-related re-flood conditions (discovered 2023-07-12; standing water; pipes documented as uncapped in the email thread; ceiling leak conditions) are documented separately in WT-116 Section B.4.1.

B) Event & Timeline Anchors (mechanical pinpoints)

D) Media Index (facts-only; EXIF verified 2023-07-13)

Storage note: Photos S-1 through S-12 are stored in the WT-111 media folder with standardized naming (WT-111_Photo_XX_IMG_XXXX.jpeg). These are the same files (byte-for-byte identical) documented in both tabs; WT-106A links to the WT-111 copies to avoid duplication.

v1.7.2 Note: Columns reordered for usability — Scene Description and View links moved to visible columns; technical metadata shifted right.

v1.7.3 Note: Valve incident description updated to include valve body drip (visible in video) in addition to feed line discharge.

E) Relationship to Other White Tabs (facts-only)

  • WT-111 — July 2023 Re-Flood Email / Photo Packet: contemporaneous distribution of photos and notice emails during July 12–17, 2023; the 106A media set is part of the same event window and should be cross-Batesed. Photos S-1 through S-12 are stored in WT-111 media folder.
  • WT-116 — G21 Leaks Documentation: Documents the full July 2023 event sequence:
  • B.4.1 (rainstorm re-flood discovery, 2023-07-12) — separate event with different proximate cause (rainstorm-related water intrusion conditions).
  • B.4.2 (SERVPRO valve break, 2023-07-13) — this tab's scope (SERVPRO field incident (video/stills)).
  • B.4.3 (mold documentation window, 2023-07-12 to 07-17) — consequence evidence; mold conditions visible in S-1 through S-12 support this section.
