Indoor: Temp 72.2–78.9°F; RH 72.9–73.0%.
Outdoor: Temp 75.0°F; RH 64%; "Partly Cloudy."

The PRV includes Appendix B: "Work Scope Plan; Created December 08, 2020". The scope (captioned "Mold Abatement Scope of Work — 97 Green St. Apt #G21") lists ten numbered tasks including, among others:
- Gut demolish rooms 1, 2, and 3 — "walls and flooring to the concrete slab," remove ceilings, ceiling tiles, and any insulation above; clean visible staining/mold on the wood deck; clean wood framing.
- Remove the bathroom raised floor under the tub and hot water heater; remove tub and hot water heater to access; clean and save fixtures.
- Remove the bathroom sheetrock wall shared with the kitchen; inspect cavity and back of cabinets.
- Move and save washer & dryer; remove the sheetrock wall behind them.
5)–7) Room‑specific wall removals (to cavity), hallway ceiling removal, remove insulation / clean loft and wood deck.
- Cut four 2×2 ft probes along the living‑room party wall to inspect cavity.
