White Tab 113 — Common Hallway "2-Foot Cut" & Self-Mitigation (Oct 2019) — Photos/Video Packet

GUARDRAIL: WHITE — FACT REPOSITORY ONLY

Facts & source pinpoints only. No strategy, no argument, no legal opinions. All quotations are "as reported" unless exact text appears in a cited source.

A) What this packet preserves (facts-only)

  • Date window (corrected & anchored): October 2019within days after the Oct 13, 2019 flood event.

Tenant self-mitigation inside G21 is now anchored by Home Depot commercial dehumidifier transaction records posted 2019-10-17 (pickup) and posted 2019-10-24 (return) (amounts $100.00 and $157.66, respectively), as reported in bank records provided by the tenant.

Common hallway "~2-foot cut" (owner's contractor) occurred around this same period (mid-October) adjacent to G21; the hallway work is not dated by the rental receipts and remains tied to the contemporaneous photo set.

  • Location: Common hallway outside Apartment G21, with the G21 door placard visible in multiple images; inside G21 for the dehumidifier clips.
  • Activity depicted (hallway): Removal of the lower ~2 feet of drywall along corridor walls; insulation and studs visible; debris present.
  • Activity depicted (inside G21): Self-mitigation clips showing a commercial dehumidifier with fans operating. (Creation time to be confirmed from the native video metadata.)

Date reconciliation note (facts-only): Earlier labeling of this packet as "Dec 2019" corresponded to a later equipment/debris pickup referenced in email materials. The hallway cutting + in-unit drying evidenced here are now fixed to mid-October 2019 (self-mitigation anchored by the Home Depot rental dates; hallway work "around this time"). Final day-and-time pins for the images/video remain pending native EXIF/creation_time extraction.

A.1) Financial anchors (facts-only; "as reported")

  • 2019-10-17CHECKCARD 1015 THE HOME DEPOT 1255 LONG ISLAND CNY ... -$100.00 (tenant report: pickup / deposit).
  • 2019-10-24CHECKCARD 1022 THE HOME DEPOT #1255 LONG ISLAND CNY ... -$157.66 (tenant report: return / final charge).

Scope of these anchors: The entries authenticate tenant-operated dehumidifier rental dates only. They do not independently date the hallway contractor work, which is evidenced by the photos and remains "around this time" in mid-October.

Follow-up (mechanical — WT-003):

  • 113-BANK-01: Collect & attach bank statement PDF showing the two Home Depot #1255 transactions (full statement page with bank header and posted date).
  • 113-BANK-02: If available, collect Home Depot rental invoice/receipt for the commercial unit (store #1255), reflecting pickup/return dates and equipment model.
