Orange Volume 12 — Binder Control & Section Index¶
ORANGE GUARDRAIL — PROFESSIONAL MALPRACTICE ONLY (SEPARATE CLAIMS, COORDINATED RECOVERY)¶
Orange Vol 12 is a professional malpractice volume. It assembles:
- Legal frameworks for three malpractice claims (Sandercock, Atlas, Petrucci)
- Evidence development protocols and discovery roadmaps
- Strategic coordination for separate proceedings
Orange Vol 12 does NOT do:
- Main case damages math (Blue/Red only)
- Settlement strategy or leverage tactics (Purple only)
- Evidence repository functions (White only)
- Lien recovery calculations (Green only)
One-line canon:
Orange Vol 12 = "Professional malpractice frameworks, evidence protocols, and recovery coordination," not main case damages or settlement strategy.
Recovery Potential: $3M+ from three defendants (Sandercock $1M+, Atlas $2M+, Petrucci $500K+ consequential)
