White does:
- Document verified facts with source citations
- Maintain evidence chain integrity (Chains A–G)
- Track discovery packet status and authentication
- Provide witness and corporate profile facts
White does NOT do:
- Include strategy, argument, or legal opinions
- Perform damage calculations or legal analysis
- Draw conclusions from evidence
