Document: Downloads -- Evidence Archive Version: v1.9 | Updated: 2026-03-24 Purpose: Bulk download access to the primary source documents, court filings, photographs, videos, extracted email evidence, related guide PDFs, and compiled email-reference volumes used in the legal binder.
How to Use This Page¶
Three categories of download are available: Priority Evidence Packages, the Full Evidence Archive (split into volume-based downloads), and compiled Email Correspondence Archives. All draw from the same evidence repository; the difference is scope and organization.
Start with the Priority Packages if you are reviewing the case for the first time or responding to specific questions. They contain the materials most directly relevant to the core claims and match the question-and-document framework in the Pryor Cashman -- Questions & Documents memo. They are not exhaustive but cover the highest-priority materials.
Use the Full Archive downloads when you need comprehensive offline access to the underlying source record: 421 primary-source files across five volumes, plus guide-layer PDF exports for navigation. The Full Archive includes 156 photographs, 25 videos (24 carrying preserved date/time metadata), the complete NYSCEF docket file set, all extracted email evidence, and the currently archived financial-record set. The archive is split into volume-based downloads for manageable file sizes.
What These Archives Contain -- and What They Do Not¶
These archives contain the underlying evidentiary record: court filings, evidence PDFs, photographs, videos, email extracts, financial records, and a small set of guide-layer PDF exports for offline navigation. This is the source-material layer underlying the case.
These archives do not include the analytical pages published on the binder website (timelines, strategic frameworks, damage calculations, witness profiles, and similar pages). Those materials remain available on the site, where internal cross-references and navigation function properly.

179 files including the complete NYSCEF docket, extracted email evidence, and photographic/video documentation. See WT-117 for the NYSCEF analysis and WT-118 for the stipulation compliance timeline.

- Green: Financial Records (5 files) -- IDA agreement (1982), IDA deed (1996), and three mortgage/building loan documents totaling $28.7M across 2014-2019. See Green Volume for context.
- Orientation: Complaints (2 files) -- The filed Sandercock complaint (2021) and the current Ween/Kozek draft complaint (2025), the two bookend pleadings for the Supreme Court action.
- OATH: Proceeding (1 file) -- Substitution of counsel filing from the separate OATH / Loft Board proceeding (TH-221) involving the same building and landlord.
- Guide Documents -- PDF exports of key binder analysis pages (same set included in the Priority Package).
A SHA-256 checksum manifest is included in this package for file integrity verification.

Email Correspondence Archives¶
Three searchable PDF compilations of the indexed attorney/case correspondence corpus are available as a separate download. These are compiled reference documents: each volume is rendered chronologically with a cover index (date, sender, subject, page number) for quick navigation.

Each PDF includes a table of contents listing every email by date, sender, and subject line, followed by the full email text in chronological order. All three volumes are text-searchable.
These compiled volumes are reference tools for review and search; the individually extracted email PDFs remain the preferred production set for citation to specific evidentiary points.
The evidence archive packages above contain 59 individual email PDFs that were extracted for specific evidentiary analysis (30 flood-related, 29 stipulation-related). Those 59 PDFs are already included in the Priority and Full Evidence packages. The compiled correspondence volumes are separate reference tools that provide the broader surrounding attorney-communication record in chronological, searchable form. Because the HP Case collection is an issue-focused subset, some messages appear in more than one correspondence volume; counts reflect collection entries, not unique messages.
Notes¶
- All files in these archives are also accessible individually through the binder website. The archive packages are provided for convenience when offline review or local storage is preferred.
- The indexed email corpus begins in June 2020 and contains 1,959 collection entries across three correspondence volumes. Of these, 59 have been extracted as individual evidence PDFs in the archive above; the full corpus is available in the compiled Email Correspondence Archives.
- The EML file (WT-102 retainer agreement) may require an email client or EML viewer to open.
- The original iPhone photo captures would have carried EXIF metadata, but the archived photo copies generally do not preserve that EXIF after text/email transmission; preserved QuickTime video timestamps provide the strongest date-verification chain. 24 of the 25 videos carry preserved date/time metadata.
- A SHA-256 checksum manifest is included in the Small Volumes package for file integrity verification.
- The archive is split into 42 packages (all under 25 MB) for compatibility with the Cloudflare Pages hosting platform. The underlying evidence content is identical to what is accessible individually through the binder website.
