Professional Malpractice — Orange Volume 12¶
PART A — What This Volume Is¶
Orange Vol 12 is the parallel professional malpractice track. It packages malpractice‑specific frameworks, evidence development protocols, and coordination notes for separate specialized counsel.
This track is maintained separately from the main landlord‑tenant posture so counsel can evaluate, preserve, and (if appropriate) pursue additional recovery without contaminating the core record.
Authoritative sources inside the binder:
- Orange Vol 12 — Binder Control & Section Index
- Orange Tab A000 — Professional Malpractice Executive Overview
PART B — Scope and Discipline¶
Orange is malpractice‑specific:
- Professional duty and breach frameworks
- Malpractice evidence packages
- Coordination protocols with the main case
Orange does not redo main damages math (Blue/Red/Brown) and does not substitute for the strategy hub (Purple).
PART C — Orientation Dashboard¶
Reference-only. This is a routing panel, not a definitive legal conclusion. Counsel must confirm SOL posture and filing strategy.
Orange Tab A000 provides a three‑defendant dashboard. At a high level:
| Defendant (role) | Orientation status label (per A000) | Est. value (per A000) | Routing note |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bob Petrucci (attorney) | EXPIRED — integrate | $500K+ | Treat as consequential damages / leverage evidence inside main posture |
| Margaret Sandercock (attorney) | ACTIVE — urgent | $1M+ | Separate malpractice counsel evaluation; time‑sensitive |
| Arthur Atlas (architect) | COMPLEX — viable via extensions | $2M+ | Extension theories discussed in Orange; counsel to assess viability |
Aggregate recovery potential (parallel track): $3M+ (Source: Orange Tab A000)
PART D — Where to Start¶
- Orange Tab A000 — Executive overview (dashboard + routing rules)
- Orange binder control / section index — tab-by-tab map and evidence packaging structure
