Evidence Repository — White Volume 07¶
PART A — Purpose & Guardrail¶
White Volume 07 (“White 07”) is the facts-only evidence repository for this matter.
White discipline (non-negotiable): facts and source pinpoints only. No strategy, no argument, no legal opinions, no damages math.
Use White 07 to verify:
- What happened (chronology, events, communications)
- What documents exist (emails, reports, filings, photographs, inspection records)
- Who the witnesses and entities are (directories and profiles)
- Where the source pinpoints are (Bates ranges / page references / embedded pins)
This WEB entry page is a routing layer. It does not restate facts, present argument, or perform calculations.
Coverage window (per WT-000): 2019-10-13 → 2023-07-17
PART B — Updated Architecture (as archived)¶
White 07 is structured to help counsel move from orientation → primary sources → chain map → witness/entity context → discovery packet status.

PART C — How to Use White 07 (fast workflow)¶
- Start with WT-001 to lock dates and the sequence of events.
- Use WT-004 to choose the relevant Chain (A–G) and jump to the right evidence tabs.
- Open the primary evidence tab(s) (WT-101..WT-116 / A-tabs) for the “receipts.”
- Use WT-002 / WT-201..WT-212 / WT-301..WT-303 to verify who appears in which documents and where.
- Use WT-003 to see what is missing, what is pending, and the status of Discovery Packets.
PART D — Discovery Packet Function (WT-003)¶
WT-003 is the collection engine for White 07: - Tracks evidence collection tasks by priority (P1/P2/P3). - Hosts the nested Discovery Packet pages (indexed as WT-003 ▸ [TabID]), covering evidence tabs plus key witness/corporate tabs. - Includes a dedicated packet for PT-001 (archived in WT-003 as an entry).
PART E — Evidence Citation Discipline (pinpoint-ready)¶
Recommended minimal pinpoint format:
- WT-### + Exhibit / Bates range (or page/pin reference)
- If quoting, use exact text and maintain the “as reported” posture unless the quote is verified in the underlying source.
Examples (format only):
- “See WT-104, Bates TBD.”
- “See WT-111, Bates TBD.”
- “See WT-003 ▸ WT-106A, media metadata (pinpoint TBD).”
Note: This dashboard does not introduce Bates ranges. Bates/page pins live inside the WT-tabs and their Discovery Packets.
PART F — How White Feeds the Rest of the Binder (routing only)¶
White 07 is upstream of every substantive volume:
- Yellow (Doctrine): uses White evidence for pattern/enterprise theory.
- Brown / Blue / Red (Damages): use White evidence as factual predicates.
- Pink (Deployment/Execution): references doctrine/damages engines; does not replace evidence.
- Purple (Strategy): uses White evidence chains to build counsel-facing memos and lanes.
- Green (Enforcement): relies on factual inputs (property/corporate records) for recovery analysis.
- Grey / Red-OATH (Parallel tracks): preserve additional records and are referenced (not duplicated).
