Enterprise Doctrine — Yellow Volume 02¶
PART A — Purpose¶
Yellow Volume 02 (“Yellow 02”) is the legal doctrine volume that frames enterprise-level liability concepts and multiplier posture (as implemented elsewhere). It is the place to look for:
- The governing doctrinal structure (what elements must be shown)
- Authority compendia (cases/statutes) supporting the framework
- The binder’s conservative multiplier posture for enterprise theory (reference-only here)
This WEB entry page is a routing layer. It does not restate case facts, perform calculations, or extend advocacy.
PART B — What Lives in Yellow Vol 02¶
Yellow 02 is organized as a small, high-density doctrine set:

PART C — Terminology Standards¶
To avoid overstatement in attorney-facing materials, use neutral language by default:

This system sometimes uses symbolic notation to keep WEB pages non-calculative:
- T = total base case value (from damages volumes)
- M = enterprise multiplier (reference band described in Yellow)
- E = enterprise enhancement concept (computed only in math volumes, if used)
