Comparable Sales Analysis Real estate valuation using recent sales of similar properties. Used in Green Tier B calculations.
Enterprise Liability Legal theory allowing enhanced damages for systematic pattern vs. isolated incident
Interest Accrual Addition of statutory interest (9% under CPLR) from date of loss/expense
Loft Law NYC regulations (29 RCNY) governing converted loft spaces
Method-2 Enterprise multiplier framework in Yellow Vol 02. Constitutional guardrails (BMW v. Gore, State Farm).
Policy Multipliers Adjustment factors: network effects (1.05–1.10x), COVID timing (1.10–1.20x)
Tier A / Tier B Recovery capacity classifications. Tier A = documented ACRIS equity (floor). Tier B = comparable-based (higher range).
Treble Damages Triple damages under certain statutes (RICO, rent overcharge)
