How to Use This Binder

PART A — Purpose

This page explains how the binder is structured so a reviewer can:

  • Find materials quickly
  • Trust that each volume stays within its lane
  • Verify any claim by jumping to the underlying source tab(s)

PART B — Separation of Concerns

This system uses strict “separation of concerns” to keep the record credible and maintainable.

Content Type Where It Lives What It Contains
Orientation White Vol 01 + this portal Architecture, reading paths, glossary, navigation
Facts & exhibits White Vol 07 (WT-###) Timelines, documents, emails, photos, witness packets (no argument)
Legal doctrine (frameworks) Yellow Vol 02; Green Vol 09 C001; Brown Vol 04 (as applicable) Statutes, precedent, and doctrinal frameworks (no new facts; no calculators)
Damages calculations (math) Blue Vol 05; Red Vol 06; Brown Vol 04; Pink Vol 03; Green Vol 09 D001 Schedules, models, ledgers, ratios, recovery bands (math only)
Strategy & deployment Purple Vol 08; Orange Vol 12 Counsel-facing strategic framing and recovery coordination (no new facts; no hidden math)

Working rule: If you see a conclusion, it should be traceable to (1) a fact tab and (2) a math or doctrine tab, depending on what the conclusion is.
