White-Overview Tab B002 — Volume Quick Reference

GUARDRAIL: WHITE — CASE OVERVIEW

Orientation and navigation only. No legal strategy, no damages calculations, no evidence assertions.

0. Purpose

This tab provides a one-page mental map of the entire 12-volume binder so a new attorney or team member can quickly answer:

  • What does each volume do?
  • What question does it answer?
  • What is its current status?
  • Where should I go next?

It is intentionally high-level. For deeper wiring and guardrails:

  • See White A000 — Case at a Glance / Binder Executive Overview for the narrative tour
  • See White B001 — Visual Architecture Map for the diagram view
  • Refer to White C001 / D001 / D002 for separation of concerns, reading paths, and glossary

Note: There is also an internal technical architecture document (GLOBAL-001) used for AI integration and tooling. It is not part of this 12-volume binder and is not required reading for counsel.

2. Functional Groupings

This section summarizes how volumes work together, so you can see the forest, not just the trees.

2.1 Theory → Damages → Multipliers

  • Yellow 02 (Theory): Enterprise pattern & Method-2 doctrine — see tabs for legal foundation
  • Blue 05 / Red 06 / Brown 04 (Damages): Economic engines — refer to damage schedules in each volume
  • Pink 03 (Execution): Applies ratios/multipliers to those damages — see calculator tabs

If you are validating the legal basis for large numbers:

Go to Yellow → Pink → Blue/Red/Brown for the complete theory-to-application chain.

2.2 Facts → Framework → Enforcement

  • White 07 (Facts): What actually happened, and what documents prove it? — See evidence tabs
  • Purple 08 (Framework): How do we tell that story and deploy leverage? — See chain memos for analysis
  • Green 09 (Enforcement): What can we realistically collect if we win? — See recovery band calculations

If you are evaluating case viability or settlement posture:

Go to Blue/Red → White 07 → Purple → Green for facts-to-enforcement progression.

2.3 Pattern Evidence & Parallel Tracks

  • Grey 11: Bank/covenant behavior pattern (lender-facing and §1344-adjacent) — see loan universe tabs
  • Red-OATH 10: Administrative harassment enforcement (HPD/OATH lane) — see administrative record
  • Orange 12: Malpractice track against professionals — see professional failure frameworks

These do not replace the core case; they wrap around it to:

  • Increase leverage
  • Protect against professional failure
  • Open alternate enforcement or regulatory channels

For each parallel track, refer to the respective volume's A000 tab for executive orientation.

3. "If You Are…" Quick Guide

Use this as a short routing table. Deeper reading paths live in White D001 — Reading Order Recommendations.

3.1 Litigation Partner (New to File)

Start with:

  1. White-Overview 01 — A000 (Binder Executive Overview) + A001 (The Story)
  2. White-Overview 01 — B001 (Visual Architecture Map) + B002 (this tab)
  3. Purple 08 — Executive/control tabs for the framework overview
  4. Blue 05 & Red 06 — A000 tabs for the two main damages engines
  5. Green 09 — A000 and D001 (Recovery Band Calculation)

Then branch into Yellow 02 and Pink 03 if you want to stress-test multiplier doctrine.

3.2 Associate / Law Clerk

  • For facts & exhibits: Go to White 07 (Evidence Repository) for source documents
  • For damages input work: Refer to Blue 05, Red 06, Brown 04 for schedules

3.4 Regulatory / Criminal Referral Audience

  • Grey 11 — Pattern evidence for lender and regulatory review — see covenant analysis tabs
  • White 07 — Underlying facts and exhibits — refer to evidence repository
  • Purple 08 — Framework overview (selected tabs only) — consult with counsel for appropriate excerpts

4. Status Legend

For quick reading of the Status column:

  • Archive-Ready — Fully built, QA'd, and stable. Only incremental updates expected.
  • Draft-Canonical — Substantively correct but still open for refinement / QA.
  • In Progress — Partial build; do not treat as final record.
  • Legacy / Notion-Archived — Lives in older structure; content valid but not yet rebuilt into current binder pattern.
  • Legacy (renumbered) — Old content moved to new volume number; full re-audit still planned.

Always defer to:

  1. The version header at the top of each document, and
  2. Any section control / change log in the relevant volume.

5. Cross-Reference Pointers

  • Overall architecture and locked blocks: See White-Overview 01 — A000 & B001
