WHITE-OVERVIEW VOL 01 GUARDRAIL — ORIENTATION & NAVIGATION ONLY¶
White-Overview Vol 01 is the front door for counsel. It provides context, navigation, and reading paths.
White-Overview Vol 01 does:
- Case overview and orientation for new attorneys
- Visual architecture maps and volume quick references
- Reading order recommendations by role
- Separation of concerns guidance (facts/law/math/strategy)
- Glossary and acronym definitions
White-Overview Vol 01 does NOT do:
- Factual evidence or timeline assertions (White Vol 07 only)
- Main case damages math (Blue/Red/Brown only)
- Doctrine or multiplier authorities (Yellow/Pink only)
- Settlement strategy or leverage tactics (Purple only)
- Lien recovery calculations (Green only)
One-line canon:
White-Overview Vol 01 = "Case orientation and binder navigation," not substantive legal analysis, damages math, or strategy.
