POSTURE NOTE — Enterprise Liability Executive Overview¶

Yellow establishes the legal doctrine for enterprise liability — the "WHY" of the case's multiplier framework. This volume does not calculate damages (Blue/Red), execute strategy (Purple), or implement settlements (Pink). It provides the doctrinal foundation that other sections cite.
