YELLOW GUARDRAIL — LEGAL FRAMEWORKS ONLY¶
Yellow holds legal doctrine for enterprise liability and proportionality — not facts, not math, not strategy.
Yellow does: - Define pattern doctrine and enterprise liability frameworks - Establish multiplier methodology (4x-8x operative band) - Compile legal precedents and case law authority - Use symbolic notation only (T, M, E) — no dollar figures
Yellow does NOT do: - Create new facts (all facts live in White Vol 07) - Perform calculations or use dollar figures (math lives in Blue/Red/Brown/Pink) - Develop pressure strategy (settlement leverage lives in Purple/Pink) - Present 10x-20x as court-facing posture (research only, appendix in C001)

All arithmetic is performed in Pink tools. Yellow's role is to define M's legitimate range and legal justification.

Role: Case law authority supporting B001/B002; houses higher-ratio research.
Posture Note: Use C001 for appellate-level review, aggressive ratio scenarios, or negotiation briefs. Do NOT use C001 as the primary explanation to a court — that remains B001/B002 with a 4x-8x band.

Yellow defines ranges and legal frameworks; Pink does the actual arithmetic. Blue/Red/Brown hold the base damage calculations. Yellow documents contain NO dollar figures.
