PINK GUARDRAIL — EXECUTION & CALCULATORS ONLY¶
Pink holds implementation tools: calculators, methodologies, expert templates, and execution protocols.
Pink does:
- Implement Method-2 enterprise multipliers using base damages from Blue/Red/Brown
- Build dual-track calculators (4x–8x operative; 10x–20x internal/appendix only)
- Create expert witness declaration templates with proper cross-references
- Develop execution evidence protocols and source maps
- Maintain ratio discipline per Yellow B001/B002/C001 doctrine
Pink does NOT do:
- Create new facts (all facts live in White Vol 07 with WT-tab/Bates citations)
- State legal doctrine (legal theory and proportionality live in Yellow Vol 02)
- Develop narrative strategy (settlement posture and sequencing live in Purple Vol 08)
- Present 10x–20x bands as operative court requests (internal escalation only)
One-line canon:
Pink Vol 03 = "execution engine for Method-2 calculators and expert tooling," not facts, doctrine, or strategy.

Pink never substitutes for White, Yellow, or Purple — it implements what they already justify.
A.2 Pink's Relationship to Yellow & Purple¶
From the canonical Purple—Yellow—Pink alignment:
- Yellow: sets the legal framework and conservative bounds (4x—8x enterprise band).
- Pink: implements and escalates — builds dual-track methodologies, calculators, and expert packages under that framework.
- Purple: deploys — chooses which tools to use in a given negotiation, mediation, or trial posture.

T) drawn from Blue/Red/Brown. - Provides a Primary Track (4x—8x, fully court-facing) aligned with Yellow B002.
- Provides an Escalation Track (10x—20x) for internal sensitivity analysis.
Key Features:

Pink MUST NOT:
- Create new factual narratives or embed quotes not already in White.
- State legal conclusions ("this conduct violates X") — point instead to Yellow and Purple.
- Present 10x—20x bands as operative court requests.
Pink MUST:
- Treat Yellow B001/B002/C001 as the only source of doctrinal guardrails.
- Treat Blue/Red/Brown as the system-of-record for base numbers.
- Treat White as the only place where evidence is curated and pinned.
G.2 Calculator & Template Hygiene¶
Every calculator or schedule must list:
- Inputs (with references to White/Blue/Red/Brown).
- Assumptions (interest rates, time periods, ratio bands).
- Output bands (clearly labeled as operative 4x—8x vs. internal escalation).
- Last updated and version.
Every expert template should:
- Include a [Materials Reviewed] section that expects White/Blue/Red/Brown references.
- Explicitly refer to Yellow B001/B002 where multiplier doctrine appears.
- Avoid making demands; it should justify, not posture.
G.3 Posture Note Standard¶
Every Pink tab should include this canonical Posture Note after the guardrail:
