Blue Volume 05 — Binder Control & Section Index¶
BLUE GUARDRAIL — G21 BASE DAMAGES DISCIPLINE¶
Blue Volume 05 contains receipt-based, documented damages from the October 2019 G21 flood event. All calculations are centralized in Tab 002 (REPL Appendix). Category pages present evidence only.
Blue does: - Document direct, receipt-verified flood damages - Present evidence inventories with date anchors - Centralize all mathematical calculations in Tab 002 - Apply CPLR 5001–5004 interest (9% simple) in Tab 002
Blue does NOT do: - Contain opportunity-loss or Freeman Street damages (that's Red Vol 06) - Perform local calculations in category pages - Include multipliers or enterprise liability theories - Reference Red Section content or projections
One-line canon:
Blue Vol 05 = "Receipt-based G21 direct damages," not opportunity losses or speculative projections.

SECTION OVERVIEW¶
Volume: 05
Section Title: G21 Base Damages (Blue)
Purpose: Master control, numbering, and navigation for all Blue (Vol 05) materials. This index mirrors Red's structure and icon vocabulary for cross-section consistency.
Governance:
- All calculations live in Tab 002 (REPL).
- Category pages (Tabs 101–109) are evidence-only.
- No Freeman Street / opportunity-loss content in Blue.
- Interest standard: CPLR 5001–5004 (9% simple) applied in Tab 002.
DOCUMENT INVENTORY SUMMARY¶

Tab 100 Note: Photographic baseline documentation of G21 condition prior to October 2019 flood. Two independent sources: third-party location scout (20 photos) and owner documentation (28 photos). 15 curated photos displayed inline; full archive available as two ZIPs for discovery.
PART B — CATEGORY EVIDENCE (EVIDENCE-ONLY)¶
All category pages route their dollars to Tab 002. They contain inventories, receipts, and date anchors only (no local math). Tab 101 includes 9 nested pages for detailed evidence organization.

PART C — ICON VOCABULARY (BINDER-WIDE)¶
| Icon | Meaning (Canonical) |
|---|---|
| Star | Strategy Overview / Master Framework |
| Judicial Scales | Legal Frameworks |
| Gear | Process / Playbooks |

| User 3 | Corporate profiles |
| House Earthquake | Damages sections |
Canon note: Icon semantics are locked volume-wide to keep navigation consistent across binders.
PART D — NAVIGATION PRINCIPLES (APPLIED)¶
- Tab-first labels. Rows use Tab number for instant recognition.
- Math governance: Tab 002 is the sole place where totals and 9% simple interest are calculated.
- Evidence-only discipline: Tabs 101–109 present receipts/invoices/EOBs and date anchors; no local calculations.
- Baseline documentation: Tab 100 provides photographic pre-flood condition evidence supporting damage claims.
- Strict separation: Blue never references Freeman Street opportunity loss or Red Section multipliers.
- Icon consistency: Pattern matches Red — Star (000), House Earthquake (001, 100, 101–109), Document (002).
PART E — CROSS-REFERENCE MAP (DEPENDENCIES)¶
- Tab 000 → Tab 001 / Tab 002 / Tab 100 / Tabs 101–109: Executive overview routes counsel to framework, verification, baseline, and categories.
- Tab 001 → Tab 002: Framework defines evidence boundaries and date-anchor rules; all math routed to REPL.
- Tab 100 → Tabs 101–109: Pre-flood baseline photos support damage claims by establishing condition before flood.
- Tab 100 → Red Vol 06: Studio infrastructure photos support Freeman Street opportunity loss claims.
- Tab 100 → White Vol 07: Baseline connects to post-flood damage documentation.
- Tab 101 → Tab 101.1–101.8: Parent page links to 9 nested evidence pages (6 personal property + 2 construction/emergency + 1 storage damage).
- Tab 101.8 → Tab 103: Storage damage in landlord-provided building storage strengthens external storage cost justification (Alternative Housing).
- Tabs 101–109 → Tab 002: Each category supplies base amounts and interest dates; no local math.
- Tab 103 ↔ Tab 108: Freeman Street conditions documented in Tab 103 §2 link to Tab 108 §9 for P&S evidence (economic costs vs. non-economic distress; no dollar duplication).
- Tab 109 ↔ Tab 108: Health/medical economic costs (Tab 109) vs. non-economic distress (Tab 108); same evidence architecture pattern.
- External (for context only): Opportunity-loss and policy multipliers live in Red (Vol 06); Blue stays computation-independent from Red.
