Red Tab 101.9 — Expert Witness Coordination Framework

GUARDRAIL: RED — FREEMAN STREET DAMAGES

Freeman Street opportunity-loss damages only. No G21 base damages, no enterprise multipliers.

Navigation: ← Return to Tab 101 (Major Label Projects)

LAYER 0: METADATA & SCOPE

Purpose. Evidence‑only framework to coordinate expert witness roles and testimony sequencing supporting Tab 101 — Major Label Projects (30%). Defines expert types, deliverables, deposition/trial order, and Daubert/FRE 702 compliance materials. All calculations remain in Tab 001 (Framework) and Tab 002 (REPL); no local math on Red pages.

Integration Context. Aligns expert work with Tab 101.1–101.8 fact pages (Booking Practices; Two Ecosystems; UMG Corporate; Verve/Lekach; Kirk Yano; Florence Perfect Storm; Sony/AWAL Digital; T‑Bone Listening Room) and anchors to section‑wide validations (Dolby room/speaker design approval — Sept 2024; UMG outreach — Sept 2025).

Forced‑Displacement Context. Experts proceed on the factual backdrop that the G21 flood (Oct 13, 2019) and emergency residential use prevented launch/booking during late‑2019 commissioning and the March 2020 window documented in nested evidence.

Daubert / FRE 702 Compliance

  • Reliability: Peer‑standard methods; cite professional texts & commissioning norms.
  • Relevance: Opinions map to capability, procurement, timing windows, causation.

  • Proper Application: Experts defer all value math to Tab 001/002.

Industry Custom & Practice

Custom‑and‑practice testimony (booking, procurement, deliverable standards) to be used to explain how validated facilities move to bookings; see Tab 101.1 cross‑references for admissibility posture.
