RED GUARDRAIL — FREEMAN STREET OPPORTUNITY DAMAGES ONLY¶
Red Volume 06 documents opportunity-loss damages arising from the destruction of the Freeman Street recording studio. All financial projections trace to documented industry relationships, validator testimony, and market-rate analysis.
Red does: - Document lost business opportunities across four evidence categories - Present validator evidence supporting each opportunity lane - Apply policy multipliers (Network Effects, COVID Timing) at framework level only - Maintain evidence-only discipline in category tabs (no math)
Red does NOT do: - Perform damage calculations outside Tab 001/002 framework - Duplicate math across category evidence tabs - Present speculative opportunities without validator support - Override Blue Volume (G21 base damages) or Pink Volume (punitive calculations)
