Purple Tab A0EX — Executive Overview (Attorney On‑Ramp)¶
Purpose¶
This page is the entry point to Purple Vol 08. It explains: - What this volume is (strategy/application layer), - How it is organized (Track → Lane spine), - Where to pivot for facts (White), doctrine (Yellow), and execution/math (Pink/Blue/Red/Green).
What Purple Vol 08 Is (and Is Not)¶
Purple is the strategy/application layer. - It assembles attorney‑usable posture: referral framing, courtroom framing, and settlement leverage. - It is built on White evidence and Yellow doctrine, and it references Pink/Blue/Red/Green for execution and damages where applicable.
Purple is not: - A primary evidence repository (that is White Vol 07). - A doctrine treatise (that is Yellow B002 and lane‑specific authority pages). - A calculator or damages ledger (that is Pink/Blue/Red; Purple references but does not compute).
How to Read (Choose Your Path)¶
Path 1 — Attorney in a Hurry (fast orientation)¶
1) Purple Tab A000 — Four‑Track Enterprise Fraud Framework (master framework + reading order)
2) The relevant Track Strategy tab (T1–T4)
3) The relevant B‑lane(s) (B001–B018)
4) If needed: the relevant PT‑Series framework tab (named argument frameworks)
Path 2 — Preparing a Referral Package¶
1) Go directly to the relevant B‑lane (B001–B018)
2) Use the lane's WT‑004 Chain Sources line to confirm provenance
3) Pivot to White WT‑003 (Document Collection / Discovery Tracker) for collection actions and packet assembly
Path 3 — Settlement / Leverage Posture¶
1) Start with the relevant Track Strategy tab (T1–T4)
2) Pull the strongest B‑lanes for that track
3) Use P‑Series overlays for presentation integration (strategy‑only; no math inside Purple)
Canonical Navigation Spine (What Exists in the Volume)¶
A‑Series (Framework / Rules)¶
- A000 — Four‑Track Enterprise Fraud Framework (master framework; reading order)
- A001 — Operating Rules / coverage routing reference (as authored)
Track Strategy Tabs (T‑Series)¶
- T1 — Track 1 Strategy (Insurance Fraud posture)
- T2 — Track 2 Strategy (Fraud Upon the Court posture)
- T3 — Track 3 Strategy (Bank‑Fraud posture)
- T4 — Track 4 Strategy (Illegal Rent Collection posture)
Lane Packs (B‑Series)¶
- B001–B018 — Chronological lane packs, each structured as:
- Referral Package
- Courtroom Summary
- Settlement Playbook
Bridge / Framework Modules¶
- CF‑001 — F1 Causation Lynchpin (bridge module)
- PT‑Series (PT‑001 … PT‑008A) — Named strategy frameworks (argument scaffolds; strategy‑only)
- P‑Series (P‑201 … P‑300 range) — Damages presentation overlays (strategy integration; no calculators)
- H‑Series (H000 … H002) — Enforcement / collection posture (post‑judgment sequencing; references Green capacity)
Terminology Note — "Chains" (Evidence Continuity Overlay)¶
Chains A–G are evidence continuity tags (lineage/provenance), not navigation tabs. - Definitions / evidence inventory: maintained in White Tab WT‑004 (Evidence Chain Framework). - Strategy application mapping: used in Purple Tab A000 (Part D) to show how evidence continuity supports Tracks and Lanes. - B‑lane usage: when a lane cites "WT‑004 Chain Sources → Chain X …", it is pointing to WT‑004's chain definition/inventory for provenance confirmation.
Cross‑Volume Pivots (Where Purple Points You)¶
- White Vol 07 (Facts / evidence):
- WT‑001 Master Timeline (chronology control)
- WT‑003 Document Collection / Discovery Tracker (packet assembly + collection tasks)
- WT‑004 Evidence Chain Framework (chain definitions/inventory)
- Yellow (Doctrine):
- Yellow B002 (enterprise framework doctrine; linkage support)
- Pink / Blue / Red / Green (Execution + damages):
- Referenced as needed for math/execution posture; Purple does not compute.
Quick Routing Table (What are you trying to do?)¶
| If you need… | Go to… |
|---|---|
| "What is the overall theory / structure?" | A000 |
| "What track should we pursue?" | T1–T4 |
| "Give me the referral/courtroom/settlement pack for a time window" | B001–B018 |
| "Where does this claim tie back to evidence?" | Lane's WT‑004 Chain Sources → then WT‑004 |
| "What documents do we still need / how do we assemble packets?" | WT‑003 |
| "What is the damages‑presentation posture (without doing math here)?" | P‑Series (strategy overlays) |
| "What enforcement/collection posture exists?" | H‑Series (references Green capacity bands) |
