Purple Tab PT-003 — Three Independent Witness Networks

GUARDRAIL: PURPLE — STRATEGIC INTEGRATION

PART A — Purpose

Give counsel a simple, visual way to show that the story is not “just Christian vs. landlord,” but is corroborated by three independent witness networks whose information aligns without being coached or centrally controlled.

PART B — Witness Network Map

  1. Insurance / Pre‑Incident Network.
    • Witnesses: Evan Katz (WT‑201), Julian Rivera (WT‑202), Chris Roussis (WT‑203).
    • Tabs: WT‑104 (pre‑insurance meetings), WT‑102–103 (coverage).
    • Function: establish what was said about coverage, conditions, and risk before litigation gears spun up.
  2. Environmental / Expert Network.
    • Witnesses: Edward Olmsted (WT‑204), Candice Kowalewski (WT‑205), Jack Glass (WT‑206).
    • Tabs: WT‑107–113, WT‑108/108A, WT‑109–110A, WT‑112/112A.
    • Function: show technical reality of contamination and scope compliance/non‑compliance.
  3. F1 / Occupancy Pattern Network.
    • Witnesses: Kauch (WT‑209), Fesel (WT‑210), Lemons (WT‑211).
    • Tabs: WT‑105, WT‑105A, related discovery entries.
    • Function: show habitability pattern in F1 and lead into PT‑006 (F1→Freeman causation).

PART C — One‑Sentence Framework

Three separate witness networks — insurance/pre‑incident, environmental/technical, and alternative‑housing/habitability — all converge on the same conclusions about what defendants knew, when they knew it, and how they chose to proceed.

PART D — How to Use It

  • In B‑lane courtroom summaries (X2 docs), reserve 1–2 slides/sections labeled:
    • “Insurance Network,” “Expert Network,” “F1 Network” with 2–3 bullets each.
  • Emphasize:
    • [Fact] Each network has its own documents, its own timestamps, its own motivations.
    • [Inference] Agreement across networks is powerful corroboration.
    • [Argument — for counsel to approve] “It would be one thing if only Christian said this. But the adjuster, the contractor, the CIH, and three different F1 tenants all tell pieces of the same story.”
