Purple Tab PT-005 — Integrated Timeline Table (4‑Act Fraud Story)¶
GUARDRAIL: PURPLE — STRATEGIC INTEGRATION
Strategy, framework integration, and settlement positioning. References Blue/Red/Brown damages; does not duplicate calculations.
PART A — Purpose¶
Provide a single timeline table template that:
- Merges 6‑Step framework (now retired as standalone) with the 4‑lane narrative ("False Claim → Promise → Betrayal → Lie").
- Lets counsel show on one page: Date → Event → Chain → B‑Lane → Who was told what → Key document.
PART B — Table Columns (Template)¶
- Date / Time Window
- Event Name (short, jury‑friendly)
- Chain(s) (A–G)
- B‑Lane (e.g., B004–B006)
- Step (1–6, for internal mapping only)
- Key Doc (Tier‑1)
- Key Witness(es)
- How They Misled / What They Knew (one line; tagged [Inference]/[Argument])
PART C — One‑Sentence Framework¶
The same timeline that explains "what happened to Christian" should also explain "when each defendant made each decision," so liability, damages, and punitive posture are all reading from a single chronological spine.
PART D — Deployment¶
- Include PT‑005 table (filled in) as:
- An exhibit to Purple Tab A master memo or
- An appendix shared across B‑lane courtroom summaries.
- Use identical row IDs in Blue/Red where those same dates matter for damages (P‑201/P‑202).
- Master Evidence Sources: WT-114 (Scope Manipulation Evidence Compendium) for Promise→Lie arc events; WT-116 (G21 Leaks Documentation) for 10+ year water intrusion chronology.
