Purple Volume 08 — Binder Control & Section Index¶
PURPLE GUARDRAIL — STRATEGY & COORDINATION¶
This volume provides strategy frames and deployment playbooks built on White-preserved facts and grounded in Yellow legal frameworks.
- No new facts are created here; facts must cite White tabs with Bates/page pins.
- No math or calculators live here; punitive execution remains in Pink.
- Linkage panels are pointer-only (no advocacy in the panel).
- Stand-alone matters are referenced, not absorbed.
PART A — PURPOSE & SCOPE¶
What Purple is:
The strategy hub that explains why the White facts satisfy the legal theories and how to deploy credible pressure in negotiations and court. Purple consumes the enterprise-liability doctrine from Yellow (conservative 4×—8× band) and chooses execution pathways from Pink's Dual-Track methodologies; court-facing posture keeps 4×—8× in the main text and parks higher-ratio runs to Appendix/Authority.
Purple now also hosts: - PT-Series named strategy frameworks that assemble White facts, Part B lanes, and Blue/Red schedules into reusable argument blueprints (see Part D.5 and Part H.7). - H-Series enforcement and collection strategy built on Green Vol 09 asset/lien capacity (see Part D.6 and Part H.8).
What Purple is not:
- Not a facts repository (White only).
- Not a math volume (Pink only; Blue/Red remain math authorities).
- Not a home for stand-alone criminal/administrative case files (stand-alone packs remain separate; Purple links by pointer-only reference when needed).
PART B — VISUAL ICON VOCABULARY (BINDER-WIDE) — Canonical¶
| Icon | Meaning (Canonical) |
|---|---|
| Star | Strategy Overview / Master Framework |
| Judicial Scales | Legal Frameworks |
| Gear | Process / Playbooks |
| Document | Reference / Appendix |
| Paperclip | Evidence packets |
| User | Witness profiles |
| User 3 | Corporate profiles |
| House Earthquake | Damages sections |
Canon note: Icon semantics are locked volume-wide to keep navigation consistent across binders.
PART C — CANONICAL ROLES (Yellow ↔ Pink ↔ Purple)¶
- Yellow (Vol 02, Method-2): Legal framework for enterprise-liability multipliers of 4×—8× applied to total case value; the court-credible doctrinal floor Purple cites.
- Pink (Vol 03): Implementation & execution: Dual-Track punitive methodologies (Primary modular 3×—5× → 5×—15×; Escalation 10×—20×) and expert tooling. Executive note: court drafts present 4×—8× in main text; higher ratios live in Appendix/Authority.
- Purple (Vol 08): Strategy/application: Track-aligned master framework + Track Strategy (A000 + T1—T4), leverage lanes (B001—B018), PT-Series named strategy frameworks, H-Series enforcement strategy, and P-Series damage overlays—with Linkage → Yellow for doctrine and reference → Pink for execution (no calculators in Purple). Evidence provenance in lanes is tagged via WT‑004 chain sources.
PART D — VOLUME ARCHITECTURE MAP¶
D.0 At-a-Glance Index (scan-first)¶
| Part | Codes | What it contains | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Part A | A000, A001, T1–T4, CF-001 | Master framework + Track strategy spine | Navigation is Track/Lane (not Chains tabs) |
| Part B | B001–B018 | Leverage lane packs (chronological) | Each lane uses a Linkage panel + WT-004 chain-source tags |
| P-Series | P-201–P-300 | Strategy overlays on Blue/Red math (no math here) | Blue/Red remain math authorities; Pink is execution |
| PT-Series | PT-001–PT-008A | Named strategy frameworks (“argument blueprints”) | Strategy-only; traceable to White/Blue/Red/Pink |
| H-Series | H000–H002 | Enforcement & collection strategy | Built on Green D001; no recomputation |
D.1 Part A — Master Framework & Track Strategy (A000 + T1—T4)¶
Purple Vol 08 is organized by Tracks (T1—T4). The master framework (Purple Tab A000) plus the Track Strategy tabs (Purple Tab T1—T4) define the strategic spine for the volume.
Evidence provenance: Part B lanes use WT‑004 evidence-chain tags as source pointers in Linkage panels (e.g., “WT‑004 Chain Sources → Chain B, Chain C”). WT‑004 is the definitions/inventory page for those chain labels. This volume does not maintain separate “Chain memo tabs” (A…G) as first-class navigation.
Terminology Note: Chains A–G are evidence continuity tags (lineage/provenance), not navigation tabs.
Part A tabs in this volume:
- Purple Tab A000 — Four-Track Enterprise Fraud Framework (master orientation / reading order)
- Purple Tab A001 — SCC Coverage Matrix (coverage / claim routing reference)
- Purple Tab T1 — Insurance Fraud Strategy (Track 1)
- Purple Tab T2 — Fraud Upon the Court Strategy (Track 2)
- Purple Tab T3 — Bank Fraud Strategy (Track 3)
- Purple Tab T4 — Illegal Rent Collection Strategy (Track 4)
- Purple Tab CF‑001 — F1 Causation Lynchpin (bridge module)
D.2 Part B — Leverage Lanes (Purple Tab B001 … Purple Tab B018)¶
Structured, court-credible deployment tracks organized chronologically using the 4-Act Narrative Arc for trial presentation. Every Part B page begins with a compact Linkage panel (see Part E).
Architectural Principle: Part B lanes are numbered chronologically — lower B-codes correspond to earlier events in the fraud timeline. This creates a natural "False Claim → Promise → Betrayal → Lie" narrative arc that is canonized for both trial presentation and settlement framing (see P-203 Part B).
D.2.1 Core Case Leverage Lanes (Purple Tab B001—Purple Tab B012)¶
Four lanes tied directly to Purple Part A chains, tracking the alleged fraud sequence:
Purple Tab B001—B003 — Insurance Fraud (Dec 2019)
Referral • Courtroom Summary • Settlement Playbook
Narrative Role: Act I — The False Claim — How the money side started — claims and carrier deception.
Primary Chains: Chain B (Pre-Insurance Meetings), Chain C (Insurance Coverage).
Key Witnesses: Julian Rivera (TRI PM), Evan Katz (Power Adjustment).
Evidence Compendium: WT-115 (Insurance Promise and Abandonment Sequence).
Purple Tab B004—B006 — Court Stipulation / Scope Promise (Jan—Dec 2020)
Referral • Courtroom Summary • Settlement Playbook
Narrative Role: Act II — The Promise — What they promised to do — stipulation Exhibit 1, scope representations to court.
Primary Chains: Chain A (G21 Scope), Chain G (Environmental Assessment).
Key Documents: Stipulation Exhibit 1 (Dec 8, 2020 scope).
Purple Tab B007—B009 — Scope Manipulation & Execution Fraud (Feb 2020—Jul 2021)
Referral • Courtroom Summary • Settlement Playbook
Narrative Role: Act III — The Betrayal — How they quietly did less — contractor manipulation, scope substitution, work execution fraud.
Primary Chains: Chain A, Chain E (July 2023 Re-Flood), Chain F (Corporate Identity), Chain G.
Key Witnesses: Chris Roussis (TRI Crew Lead), Raheem Coleman (SERVPRO), Edward Olmsted (CIH).
Evidence Compendium: WT-114 (Scope Manipulation Evidence Compendium — Parts B–C).
Purple Tab B010—B012 — False Certification / PRV / Affidavits (Jul 2021—2022)
Referral • Courtroom Summary • Settlement Playbook
Narrative Role: Act IV — The Lie — How they lied about having kept the promise — PRV certification, affidavits, representations to court.
Primary Chains: Chain A, Chain E, Chain F, Chain G.
Key Witnesses: Candice Kowalewski (ALC), Jack Glass (ALC), Edward Olmsted.
Evidence Compendium: WT-114 (Scope Manipulation Evidence Compendium — Parts D–G).
D.2.2 Track Lanes (Purple Tab B013—Purple Tab B018)¶
These lanes extend the core case chronology to the remaining Tracks in the Four-Track framework. They are full lane packs (not “pointer-only” tabs).
Purple Tab B013—B015 — Bank Fraud (Track 3)
Criminal Referral Package • Courtroom Summary • Settlement Playbook
Linkage: Yellow B002 (doctrine); Pink Vol 03 (execution posture).
Note: This lane operationalizes bank-fraud leverage within the Track/Lane spine without duplicating external records.
Purple Tab B016—B018 — Illegal Rent Collection (Track 4)
Regulatory Referral Package • Courtroom Summary • Settlement Playbook
Linkage: Yellow B002 (doctrine); Pink Vol 03 (execution posture).
Note: This lane operationalizes illegal-rent leverage within the Track/Lane spine without duplicating external records.
D.3 Stand-Alone Pack References (No Duplication)¶
If a stand-alone pack exists elsewhere in the binder system, Purple references it by pointer-only linkage and does not absorb its contents into Vol 08. (No duplication; navigation only.)
D.4 P-Series — Strategy Overlays on Math (Purple Tab P-201 … Purple Tab P-300)¶
- Purple Tab P-201: Using Blue (Vol 05) G21 schedules strategically
- Purple Tab P-202: Using Red (Vol 06) Freeman schedules strategically
- Purple Tab P-203: Integrated settlement posture (how Blue + Red + Yellow feed Pink tracks)
- Purple Tab P-204: Interest/ratio presentation & appellate-risk guardrails
- Purple Tab P-300: Institutional Prosecution & Entity Options (read-with-counsel only)
Authority lines: Blue/Red remain systems of record for calculations/validators; P-series explains how to deploy those numbers. Pink remains the home for punitive methodology and expert tooling.
P-300 Note: Entity structure and litigation funding options memo. Separates protective LLC (Week 2-4 decision) from institutional funding (later, if ever). Read-with-counsel banner; no standalone numbers.
D.5 PT-Series — Cross-Chain Strategy Frameworks (Purple Tab PT-001 … Purple Tab PT-008A)¶
Definition (paste-ready):
PT-Series (Purple Tab PT-001 … PT-00X): Named Purple strategy frameworks — cross-chain, cross-lane "argument blueprints" (e.g., False Affidavits Fraud, Dual Fraud Chains, F1→Freeman causation) that assemble White facts, Part B lanes, and Blue/Red schedules into a single trial/settlement theme, subject to attorney approval and deployed inside lane summaries, demand letters, and closing arguments rather than as standalone evidence or math.
Role:
- Live in Purple Vol 08 as strategy-only documents.
- Orchestrate White facts (chains + exhibits), B-Series lanes, and Blue/Red damages frameworks into reusable argument structures.
- Enforce Purple guardrails: no new facts, no independent math; every assertion must trace to White/Blue/Red/Pink.
- Deployed as modules inside:
- Part B courtroom summaries (X2 docs)
- Settlement playbooks (X3 docs)
- Demand letters / mediation briefs
- Closing argument outlines
Current PT frameworks (see Part H.7 & YAML):
- Purple Tab PT-001: False Affidavits Fraud Framework
- Purple Tab PT-002: Dual Fraud Chain Integration
- Purple Tab PT-003: Three Independent Witness Networks
- Purple Tab PT-004: Tiered Evidence Positioning
- Purple Tab PT-005: Integrated Timeline Table (4-Act Fraud Story)
- Purple Tab PT-006: F1 Alternative Housing Non-Viability & Freeman Damages Causation
- Purple Tab PT-007: Third-Party Intentionality Validation (Punitive Damages Fortification)
- Purple Tab PT-008: Systemic Exploitation Legal Barriers (INTERNAL ONLY — not for portal)
- Purple Tab PT-008A: Systemic Exploitation Legal Barriers (Counsel-Facing Orientation)
All PT frameworks are [Argument — for counsel to approve] until explicitly adopted.
D.6 H-Series — Enforcement & Collection Strategy (Purple Tab H000 … Purple Tab H002)¶
Definition:
H-Series (Purple Tab H000 … H00X): A micro-lane within Purple focused on post-judgment enforcement and collection strategy. Built on Green Vol 09 (asset facts and capacity bands), uses Yellow/Pink for ratio context, and provides attorney-facing playbooks for converting judgments into recovery.
Role:
- Live in Purple Vol 08 as enforcement-focused strategy documents.
- Consume Green Vol 09 as the system of record for asset facts and capacity bands.
- Reference Grey Vol 11 for loan/covenant pattern context.
- Provide sequenced playbooks for Block 2512 primary asset and Tier-2/Tier-3 supplemental assets.
- Enforce Purple guardrails: no new facts, no math; capacity bands read from Green D001.
Current H-Series tabs (see Part H.8 & YAML):
- Purple Tab H000: Enforcement & Collection Strategy Control — architecture, guardrails, cross-volume map
- Purple Tab H001: Block 2512 Collection Sequence — 5-phase playbook for primary asset (94–95% of capacity)
- Purple Tab H002: Receivables & UCC Attachment Strategy — supplemental Tier-2/Tier-3 collection tools
H-Series Guardrails (specific to enforcement lane):
- No new facts — cite Green B001/B002/D001, Grey B001/C002, or White WT-###.
- No math — capacity bands are read from Green D001, not recomputed.
- No multipliers — ratio analysis stays in Yellow/Pink.
- Green as system of record — H-Series uses Green's outputs but never becomes the authority.
- Attorney-facing only — internal strategy material, not court-filed.
- [Fact]/[Inference]/[Argument] tagging — consistent labeling discipline.
- Cite D001 exactly — use official post-haircut net values.
Canonical Green D001 Reference (H-Series system of record):
| Scenario | Tier 1 (Block 2512) | Tier 2 (Receivables) | Tier 3 (UCC) | Total |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Conservative | $9.73M | $0.49M | $0.07M | $10.29M |
| Moderate | $16.72M | $0.68M | $0.24M | $17.64M |
| Optimistic | $25.11M | $0.88M | $0.51M | $26.50M |
All H-Series documents are Archive-Ready at v1.1.
PART E — LINKAGE PANEL STANDARD (Paste-Ready; Pointer-Only)¶
A) Core Case Lane (e.g., Purple Tab B002 Insurance Fraud — Courtroom Summary)
Linkage → Yellow B002 (Method-2). Enterprise-liability framework (4×—8× court-credible band). Higher-ratio analyses, if needed, are implemented via Pink Vol 03 methodologies and reserved to Appendix/Authority in court-facing drafts.
WT‑004 Chain Sources → Chain B (Pre-Insurance Meetings), Chain C (Insurance Coverage Communications).
B) Bank Fraud Lane (e.g., Purple Tab B014 Bank Fraud — Courtroom Summary)
Linkage → Yellow B002 (Method-2). Enterprise-liability framework (4×—8× court-credible band). Higher-ratio analyses, if needed, are implemented via Pink Vol 03 methodologies and reserved to Appendix/Authority in court-facing drafts.
Reference → Pink Vol 03 (execution posture; no calculators in Purple).
C) Illegal Rent Collection Lane (e.g., Purple Tab B017 Illegal Rent — Courtroom Summary)

Reference → Pink Vol 03 (execution posture; no calculators in Purple).
(Keep panels short; no advocacy within the panel. Place detailed argument in the body, often by invoking specific PT-Series frameworks where appropriate.)
PART F — STAND-ALONE PACK REFERENCE (No Absorption)¶
Purple may link to stand-alone packs elsewhere in the binder system by pointer-only reference when needed for navigation. Vol 08 does not duplicate or absorb those records here.
(If a stand-alone pack is referenced, keep the linkage short and pointer-only.)
PART G — CROSS-VOLUME INTEGRATION (Attorney Navigation)¶
- White (Vol 07) → proves what happened (facts; pins).
- Yellow (Vol 02) → explains why enterprise punishment is allowed (Method-2, 4×—8×).
- Pink (Vol 03) → shows how to compute and deploy (Dual-Track; experts; protocols; court-facing 4×—8× posture).
- Green (Vol 09) → documents asset capacity and lien priority for enforcement planning.
Within Purple:
- Purple Tab A000 + T1—T4 (Track Strategy spine) → establishes the Four-Track framework and Track-by-Track strategy posture.
- Purple Tab B001—B018 (B-Series lanes) → provides lane packs (referral / courtroom summary / settlement playbook) organized chronologically; each lane uses WT‑004 chain tags as evidence-provenance pointers in Linkage panels.
- Purple Tab CF‑001 → F1 causation lynchpin module (bridge to Freeman causation).
- Purple Tab P-201—P-300 (P-Series) → overlays Blue/Red damages math with strategy (presentation, ratios, integration, entity options).
- Purple Tab PT-001—PT-008A (PT-Series) → named argument frameworks that weave White evidence, B-lanes, and Blue/Red damages into trial/settlement themes for attorney deployment (strategy-only; no new facts; no math).
- Purple Tab H000—H002 (H-Series) → enforcement & collection strategy built on Green Vol 09 capacity bands; provides post-judgment playbooks for collection sequencing.
Blue/Red → remain math authorities; Purple P/PT/H-series describe deployment and narrative, not calculations.

H.7 PT-Series — Cross-Chain Strategy Frameworks Index¶
PT-Series frameworks are strategy-only Purple documents. They:
- Pull from White evidence (chains, exhibits, transcripts).
- Ride on B-Series lanes for chronology and charge posture.
- Reference Blue/Red only through existing calculations (no new math).
- Are always flagged [Argument — for counsel to approve] until adopted.

H.8 H-Series — Enforcement & Collection Strategy Index¶
H-Series tabs are enforcement-focused Purple documents. They:
- Consume Green Vol 09 as the system of record for asset facts and capacity bands.
- Reference Grey Vol 11 for loan/covenant pattern and collateral context.
- Provide attorney-facing playbooks for post-judgment collection.
- Enforce strict guardrails: no new facts, no math, cite Green D001 exactly.
| Code | Title | Icon | Core Purpose | Green Dependencies | Status | Version |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Purple Tab H000 | Enforcement & Collection Strategy Control | Star | Architecture, guardrails, cross-volume map for H-Series lane | Green A000, B001, B002, C001, D001, E001 | Archive-Ready | v1.1 |
| Purple Tab H001 | Block 2512 Collection Sequence | Gear | 5-phase playbook for primary asset enforcement (94–95% of capacity) | Green B001, C001, D001, E001 | Archive-Ready | v1.1 |
| Purple Tab H002 | Receivables & UCC Attachment Strategy | Gear | Supplemental Tier-2/Tier-3 collection strategy (5–6% of capacity) | Green B002, D001, E001 | Archive-Ready | v1.1 |
H-Series Cross-Volume Integration:
| Volume | Role in H-Series |
|---|---|
| Green Vol 09 | Facts: capacity bands, lien priority, source documents |
| Grey Vol 11 | Context: loan/covenant pattern and collateral structure |
| Brown/Blue/Red | Damages context; show why enforcement is proportionate |
| Yellow Vol 02 | Method-2 doctrine (4×—8×) anchoring punitive posture |
| Pink Vol 03 | Execution math and ratios |
| Red-OATH Vol 10 | Admin liens that may affect priority and strategy |
PART I — WORKING CONVENTIONS (Must-Follow)¶
- No new facts in Purple. Facts live in White; quote only from Tier-1 sources and cite WT-### with Bates/page pins.
- No math in Purple. All calculators, ledgers, ratios, and expert templates live in Pink (Dual-Track & tools); Blue/Red own calculations.
- PT-Series discipline. Purple Tab PT-### frameworks are strategy-only modules. Each argument sentence must be traceable to:
- White fact citations (WT-### + pin), and/or
- Blue/Red calculations (tab + cell or schedule), and/or
- Pink methodologies (ratio ranges, execution playbooks).
Drafts are tagged [Argument — for counsel to approve] until attorney sign-off.
- H-Series discipline. Purple Tab H### enforcement tabs are post-judgment strategy only. Each capacity figure must:
- Cite Green D001 exactly (post-haircut net values).
- Not recompute or adjust D001 bands.
- Use [Fact]/[Inference]/[Argument] tagging consistently.
- Linkage panel on every Part B page (see Part E).
- Terminology: prefer "systematic pattern misconduct"; "criminal enterprise" appears only in quotes/authority anchors.
- Court-facing posture: maintain 4×—8× band in main text per Yellow/Pink; place higher-ratio explorations in Appendix/Authority.
- Pointers, not copies: Stand-alone packs remain in their sections; Vol 08 links by pointer-only reference when needed.
- Chronological lane numbering: Lower B-codes correspond to earlier events in the fraud timeline.
- Labeling convention: All B-Series documents use [Fact], [Inference], and [Argument — for counsel to approve] tags consistently. PT-Series and H-Series drafts lean heavily on this tagging.
- Naming convention: All Purple tabs follow global binder standard: "Purple Tab [Code] — [Title]"
