GUARDRAIL: GREEN — ENFORCEMENT & LIENS
Asset recovery, lien priority, and collection strategy. No underlying damages calculations, no liability analysis.
1. Purpose¶
This tab indexes the primary ACRIS source documents underlying Green Vol 09's asset and equity analysis. These are recorded instruments from the NYC Department of Finance that establish:
- Block 2512 ownership chain
- IDA involvement and deed history
- Major building loan and mortgage transactions
The documents listed here are the evidentiary foundation for Green B001 (Block 2512 Equity Analysis) and support the loan ID alignment with Grey Vol 11.

4. Grey Vol 11 Loan ID Alignment¶
These primary sources complement, and in some cases predate, the Grey Vol 11 loan spine (which begins L-2003-01). The Grey loan IDs track the operating loan refinance cycle, while these E001 documents capture:
- The foundational IDA structure (E001-01, E001-02) — predate Grey spine
- Building loans that are separate from and may be senior to operating lines (E001-03, E001-04, E001-05) — different loan class, parallel to Grey spine
For complete encumbrance analysis, both Grey loan IDs and these E001 documents should be considered.

Verification: All CRFNs verified against NYC Department of Finance ACRIS system
