XI. CURRENT STATUS — ONGOING DISPLACEMENT

Critical Context for All Evidence:

Christian Gray has been displaced from G21 for more than six years since the October 2019 flood. The unit remains uninhabitable. This is not a historical dispute — it is ongoing harassment.

All evidence in this inventory documents conduct that has caused and continues to cause this displacement. The collection priorities reflect the need to prove:

  1. What happened (false statements, false certifications, process manipulation)
  2. Who did it (landlord, agents, professionals)
  3. The ongoing effect (tenant remains displaced; unit remains uninhabitable)
