Red-OATH Tab C002 — Implementation Roadmap Task Tracking

GUARDRAIL: RED-OATH — HARASSMENT CASE

OATH harassment proceeding documentation. Separate from main civil action. Facts and procedural framework only.

POSTURE NOTE — Implementation Roadmap Task Tracking

This tab provides the implementation roadmap for the OATH harassment petition documented in Red-OATH Volume 10. It translates the evidence inventory (C001) into actionable tasks with owners, deadlines, dependencies, and status tracking.

This tab:

  • Organizes all tasks by category (Evidence Collection, FOIL Requests, Witness Coordination, Filing Preparation, Hearing Preparation).
  • Tracks task status (Not Started / In Progress / Complete / Blocked).
  • Maps dependencies between tasks.
  • Establishes critical path for filing timeline.
  • Provides status dashboard for progress monitoring.

This tab does not:

  • Contain damages calculations, multipliers, or settlement strategy (those live in Brown, Yellow, Pink, Purple).
  • Replace the vector tabs or evidence inventory - it implements the work they define.
  • Make legal conclusions - it tracks execution for attorney oversight.

XII. CURRENT STATUS - ONGOING DISPLACEMENT

Critical Context for All Tasks:

Christian Gray has been displaced from G21 for more than six years since the October 2019 flood. The unit remains uninhabitable. This is not a historical dispute - it is ongoing harassment.

All tasks in this roadmap are directed toward:

  1. Documenting the harassment (evidence collection)
  2. Proving the pattern (witness coordination)
  3. Obtaining relief (OATH filing and hearing)
  4. Ending the displacement (ultimate goal)

Time is of the essence. Every week of delay extends the tenant's displacement.
