POSTURE NOTE — Lien Structure Overview¶
This tab provides a facts-only structural map of lien positions on Block 2512: existing bank mortgages (per B001/ACRIS), potential OATH building-wide remediation liens, and potential Supreme Court judgment liens. It answers: "How do bank liens, OATH remediation liens, and Supreme Court judgments coexist against Block 2512?" Grey discipline: no recovery projections (Green Vol 09 only), no strategy or leverage language (Purple only), no legal opinion on lien priority (structure + evidence only), no equity calculations (all dollar figures reference Green).
