Grey Volume 11 — Binder Control & Section Index

GREY GUARDRAIL — PATTERN EVIDENCE ONLY (NO MATH, NO STRATEGY)

Grey Vol 11 is a systematic pattern evidence volume. It assembles:

  • Loan and covenant history for 226 Franklin Street / Block 2512
  • Building-condition evidence over the same periods
  • Evidence-only mapping to bank-fraud elements (18 U.S.C. §1344)

Grey Vol 11 does NOT do:

  • Multiplier or damages math (Pink/Yellow only)
  • Settlement posture or leverage strategy (Purple only)
  • OATH harassment argument (Red-OATH only)

One-line canon:

Grey Vol 11 = "Loan & covenant pattern evidence → potential bank-fraud exposure," not math or strategy.

Legacy label "BF-Purple" is retired. Pattern evidence lives here; strategy lives in Purple's bank-fraud leverage lane.

PART A — SECTION ROLE & CROSS-VOLUME POSITION

A.1 Section Identity

Field Value
Volume 11 (Grey — Bank Fraud Pattern Evidence)
Section Title Grey Vol 11 — Bank Fraud Pattern Evidence
Legacy Label Replaces "BF-Purple" name; same content family, recolored and disciplined
Scope Loan/covenant pattern, condition evidence, and evidence-only 18 U.S.C. §1344 mapping

Grey Vol 11 answers:

"What is the evidence-backed pattern of bank/covenant misrepresentation around Block 2512, and how does it intersect with building conditions and tenant impact?"

It is built to be:

  • Standalone (evidence-only) — a lawyer, regulator, or investigator could review just this volume to understand the loan + condition mismatch without being pulled into damages math or settlement strategy.
  • Integration-ready — the same work product feeds:
    • Yellow Vol 02 as one of several enterprise-pattern pillars,
    • Pink Vol 03 as pattern context for punitive ranges,
    • Purple Vol 08 as the factual backbone for the Bank-Fraud leverage lane, and
    • Green Vol 09 as collateral context (which properties secure which loans).

08 Purple Strategy & Integration (LOCKED)
09 Green Lien & Asset Recovery
10 Red-OATH OATH Harassment Volume

    ↓
Strategy → Purple Vol 08 (Bank-Fraud leverage lane)
    ↓

Grey stays on the second line only: pattern evidence.

C.2 Tab Role Descriptions

Tab Role
A000 Contextual front door — "here is the loan/covenant story and why chronic under-maintenance matters"
B001 Hard chronology — every loan and covenant pinned to ACRIS / loan PDFs
B002 Mismatch grid — for each loan period, what the building actually looked like vs what covenants promised
B003 Tenant linkage — connects conditions to harassment and health impacts documented in Red-OATH/White
C001 18 U.S.C. §1344 elements table that stops at "these facts could satisfy element X" — no sentencing language
C002 Factual collateral map: properties, loan roles, value ranges; connects to Green Vol 09
D001 Shows how bank liens, OATH remediation liens, and Supreme Court judgment liens coexist on Block 2512
D002 Pointer page — routes doctrine, math, and strategy out to Yellow, Pink, Green, Purple, Red-OATH

PART D — INTEGRATION WITH OTHER VOLUMES

D.1 With Yellow Vol 02 & Pink Vol 03 (Method-2)

  • Yellow Vol 02 (Method-2 Enterprise Doctrine):

    • Treats Grey Vol 11 as one of several "enterprise pattern" pillars
    • Grey provides the bank-fraud prong of the enterprise-level misconduct
    • Yellow B001 (27-Year Pattern) references Grey for financial institution deception evidence
  • Pink Vol 03 (Punitive Execution):

    • Uses Grey facts as context for punitive multiplier calculations
    • Grey evidence feeds Pink's "pattern severity" inputs
    • No multipliers appear in Grey; they are calculated in Pink

D.2 With Purple Vol 08 (Strategy & Leverage)

  • Purple Vol 08 (Strategy & Integration):
    • Contains the Bank-Fraud leverage lane (Purple B-lane)
    • Uses Grey Vol 11 as the factual backbone for bank-fraud pressure points
    • All strategic framing, settlement language, and deployment decisions live in Purple

Grey provides evidence → Purple deploys strategy.

D.3 With Green Vol 09 (Lien & Asset Recovery)

  • Green Vol 09 (Lien & Asset Recovery):
    • Maps asset/collateral positions on Block 2512
    • Grey C002 (Asset & Collateral Map) and D001 (Lien Pathways) connect to Green
    • Green uses Grey's loan data to inform lien priority analysis

D.4 With Red-OATH Vol 10

  • Red-OATH Vol 10 (OATH Harassment):
    • Provides tenant impact evidence that Grey B003 references
    • Grey uses Red-OATH facts but does not duplicate harassment argument
    • Tenant-level conditions feed both volumes but with different purposes

D.5 With White Vol 07, Blue Vol 05, Red Vol 06

  • White Vol 07: Grey sources building-condition facts from White WT tabs
  • Blue Vol 05 & Red Vol 06: Grey uses Blue/Red only as condition and impact facts; no dollar amounts
