This tab inventories time and out-of-pocket burden caused by the G21 flood and subsequent habitability/tenancy issues—distinct from construction, personal property, or opportunity-loss claims. It captures:
- Administrative time (owner/paralegal-type work attributable to G21 issues);
- Attorney's fees / legal invoices (retainers, matter invoices, court services);
- Court & agency costs (filings, service, records, FOIL/HMC-related outlays);
- Expert/consultant invoices (e.g., document analysis, technical support);
- Third-party processing (scanning, certified mail, storage of records);
- Software subscriptions (AI tools, productivity software used for case documentation).
Evidence-only. No local math here. Hourly rates, fee-eligibility, and interest are selected and computed in Blue Tab 002. This page provides the inputs and documents only.

What this proves: Administrative time and legal costs necessitated by landlord misconduct are recoverable where documented with contemporaneous records, valued at reasonable professional rates, and causally connected to the wrongful conduct. Fee-shifting availability depends on statutory authority or lease provisions; administrative time may be valued as professional services or consequential damages.

- CPLR 8303(a)(6) — attorney's fees recoverable as costs in fraud actions where fraud is proven.
