The signing-circumstances email answers the firm's request for "very specific color from you about the events leading to and surrounding your signing of the release."
Origin of the Set¶
On August 27, 2026, following the strategy call, Matt Marcucci wrote (4:07 PM): the malpractice items are tabled to focus on claims against the landlord and Kofman; the certified transcript of the May 2023 appearance should be ordered as soon as possible; the firm "will aim over the next month or so to get litigation papers ready"; and, on the items requested, "I will look out for the hyperlinks and other items we discussed, which will aid that process." The five emails below are those items.
